Accommodation

Accommodation King's offers a range of accommodation to suit the varied needs of students. Most first-year students live in College residences or the University of London's Intercollegiate residences whilst others live in shared student houses or rented flats.

Full-time undergraduates entering the College for the first time on a programme of two or more years are guaranteed the offer of one year (not necessarily their first) in either a College residence or an Intercollegiate residence. If you are offered a place on one of our programmes you will be sent a brochure with full details of our accommodation and details of how to apply. If your application reaches the College Accommodation Office by 30 June before the autumn in which the study will start, and you have firmly accepted your offer at King's, the offer of accommodation will usually be for your first year.

Accommodation office

The King's Accommodation Office is situated at the Strand Campus and is open to personal callers at the counter 09.45 -13.00 and 14.00 -16.00 on weekdays (except Thursdays). Telephone calls are taken Monday to Friday 09.30 - 13.00 and 14.00 - 17.00.

Special housing requirements

Prospective students with special housing requirements should make early contact with the College's Equality & Diversity Office and the Accommodation Office to discuss any specific support needs. Applicants indicating special housing requirements will be sent a self-assessment form which should be completed in liaison with their GP/specialist and returned to the Accommodation Office.
